      Punctuality is a downfall. 100% honesty would have been a plus that we missed out on. Make sure they work the hours you are quoted. Need someone there when they arrive and leave to clock hours. Made a small attempt to give the cleaner the opportunity to rectify the issues to no avail. Our verbal quote didn't include GST. Please ask for a quote including GST. Reasonable cleaning - though not much attention to detail. A lot of talk - not so much action. Have had worse though. Will be looking elsewhere for the next clean.

      10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone! We had several quotes for tile cleaning done all $600+ and servpro quoted $300+ LESS and did an amazing job! We are so happy with the job that was done!
