Punctuality is a downfall. 100% honesty would have been a plus that we missed out on. Make sure they work the hours you are quoted. Need someone there when they arrive and leave to clock hours.

Made a small attempt to give the cleaner the opportunity to rectify the issues to no avail.

Our verbal quote didn't include GST. Please ask for a quote including GST.

Reasonable cleaning - though not much attention to detail.

A lot of talk - not so much action.

Have had worse though.

Will be looking elsewhere for the next clean.

10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone!
We had several quotes for tile cleaning done all $600+ and servpro quoted $300+ LESS and did an amazing job!
We are so happy with the job that was done!

Our company values its employees to maintain high standard cleaning and listen to the needs of its clients, supporting a clean, smart and environmental response and providing customer satisfaction.
